A quaint neighborhood, one of the first in the city to be built during the building boom of the 1900's, it is comprised of tree-lined brick streets dotted with a variety of homes in varying architectural styles including Craftsman Bungalows, Colonial Revival, Prairie, Victorian and Italianate. Sited as one of the best locations in Pinellas County, Old Northeast is within walking distance to waterfront parks, museums, galleries, fine dining, great retail shops, entertainment venues and the business district.

Emerging as one of Floridas rich cultural cities, St. Petersburg is home to seven outstanding museums including the Dali with the worlds largest collections of his masterful works. Two prestigious island communities located in the southern part of Pinellas county. This man-made island is comprised of 350 lush tropical acres surrounded by the sparkling waters of Boca Ciega Bay. Isla boasts a championship 18-hole golf course and is surrounded by luxury condominium villas, townhouses and hi-rise buildings. It is conveniently located to several white sugar-sand beaches. A small shopping village provides necessities.
