Diane Shapiro
Diane began her real estate career 18 years ago in Larchmont, New York, a northern suburb of Manhattan. Starting as a sales associate, she was responsible for listing and selling a range of properties from home rentals and condominiums to multi-million dollar luxury homes.
Several years into her successful sales career she shifted her focus to management where one of her responsibilities was to oversee a staff of 34 agents. Diane took a hands-on approach to managing which often landed her in the midst of negotiations and along with her team closed hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions catapulting her office to one of the top ranking in the company. During her tenure Diane personally closed approximately 38 million dollars in transactions.
In addition to her duties in management her strong commitment to education, lead her to receive her certification as a New York State Real Estate Instructor teaching at both the Westchester County Board of Realtor as well as the Houlihan Lawrence Training Center.
Professionally, Diane is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Organization and Westchester/Putnam County Board of Realtors and the Real Estate Educators Association.

I’m a retired Air Force Veteran of 20 years, having worked as Chief of Human Resources and Training/Education then at the Headquarters of the Air Force Reserve, responsible for over 40,000 military members.
I have 32 years of experience in sales; real estate, retail, corporate, and door to door. In the Real Estate business, I've combined all of my skills and training to be the perfect agent for you. Whitney Shenkman
Whitney Shenkman began her career selling Real Estate in New York in 1992. Her love for the island lifestyle led her to specializing in waterfront property, primarily in the "Hamptons."
Whitney moved to the Gulf Coast of Florida in 1997 and shortly thereafter acquired her Florida Real Estate license. Since then she has helped hundreds of families, individuals and investors purchase and sell their luxury homes.
